  • Pelvic Alignment Cause of Pain

    ChiefBacker | August 29, 2017 - 8:48 PM Sciatica/Leg

The past couple days have had some nerve pain in my butt and legs that I am 99% sure is caused of my pelvic alignment.  Or should I say misalignment.  My nerves are hyper sensitive now from my 4 herniations and when the smallest of things is not the way it should be, it annoys the nerve.

I have one go to stretch to help fix this over the course of a couple days, but curious what others might do in the same situation.  My stretch is to lay on my stomach and have someone curl my legs slowly to my butt until I feel a good stretch.  Hold for 30 seconds.  And then rest for 30.  Do this 3 times in one sitting and do it multiple times throughout the day.
