Most of the time I sleep fairly good, however I go through rounds of insomnia. Up til 3 or 4. Out for 2 hours.. back up again til the next night. Curious what others might use for such occasions.0 Like

I hear you, it's 4 am and the pain in my legs have left e with 2-4:30 hrs of sleep for the past 2 weeks. Surgery is in 10 days so I can't take any natural product just a hand full of meds from the Dr. Before back pain I used Calm magnisum before bed, 5HTP and a supplement call Tranquil Sleep. Meditation/ breath work uses to work and sing myself a lullaby in my head, lol.
Oh well at least I am not the only one up, I can lay in my bed and watch the groomer on the ski hill go up and down the runs and it makes me happy even though I can be up there this year. And I have you guys too
